Founded in 1966 by Mr. Manfred Hötzel, the company has developed from a pure commercial real estate agency to a renowned company for the planning, construction, managing and marketing of commercial and residential real estate.

The main focus today is on the acquisition, optimization and maintenance of our own property portfolio.

The company is now in family hands for the second generation.
